OUR RETURN POLICY

You have 15 days from the delivery date to return or exchange items that don’t match your dark aesthetic vision. All returned items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (tags still attached)
  • In their original packaging (because presentation matters)
  • Accompanied by your order number

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:

To protect our community of bold women, these edgy items cannot be returned:

  • Coloured Contact Lenses (for hygiene reasons)
  • Cosmetics (once sealed packaging is opened)
  • Ear Jewellery (if the hygiene seal is broken)

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS

Follow these steps to initiate your return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and details about what you’d like to return/exchange
  2. Wait for Approval – Our customer service team will respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions
  3. Package Your Items – Securely pack the items in their original packaging
  4. Ship It Back – Send the package to our Fremont address using a trackable shipping method
  5. Get Your Refund/Exchange – Once received and inspected, we’ll process your request within 3-5 business days

RETURN SHIPPING

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service – because even fashion rebels need proof of delivery.

REFUND TIMELINE & METHOD

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timeline: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
  • Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Note: Depending on your bank, it may take 5-10 additional business days for the refund to appear on your statement

EXCHANGES

Want to swap those creepers for a different size? Prefer the black corset instead of red? We’ve got you covered:

  • Exchanges are subject to availability
  • We’ll cover the shipping costs for your replacement item
