Return Window
You have 15 days from the delivery date to return or exchange items.
Return Conditions
All returned items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (tags still attached)
- In their original packaging (because presentation matters to fashion rebels)
- Accompanied by your order number
Non-Returnable Items
To protect our community of bold women, these edgy items cannot be returned:
- Coloured Contact Lenses (for hygiene reasons)
- Cosmetics (once sealed packaging is opened)
- Ear Jewellery (if the hygiene seal is broken)

- Package Your Items – Securely pack the items in their original packaging
- Ship It Back – Send the package to our Fremont address using a trackable shipping method
- Get Your Refund/Exchange – Once received and inspected, we’ll process your request within 3-5 business days
